Returns and Refunds

Article 1 – Definitions and Scope of Application

The Company "RomaGems" and the User, jointly referred to as the "Parties", establish the following Terms and Conditions, which regulate the sale of products available on the Company's official website.

Access to and use of the Site by the User entails full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Notwithstanding any mandatory law, for the purposes of this Agreement, you agree that all communications, including notices, disclosures, and agreements, will be provided electronically and satisfy any written form requirement, if required by law.

Article 2 – Object of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products marketed by RomaGems through its Website. The products available are high-quality, handcrafted jewelry.

Article 3 – Product Availability

The products for sale are those present in the online catalogue at the time of purchase.

Each product comes with an information sheet illustrating its main features. The images may differ slightly from the actual product in color and size. However, RomaGems strives to provide an accurate representation of the products.

Given the limited number of items available, the Company reserves the right to confirm product availability before finalizing the order. If a product is found to be unavailable after purchase, the User will be notified by email within 7 days with the option of a refund or an alternative solution.

The Company reserves the right to modify the product catalogue at any time without notice.

Article 4 – Prices

The prices of the products indicated on the Site include VAT.

Prices are subject to change, but the invoice amount will be the one indicated at the time of purchase. However, in the event of obvious pricing errors, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and promptly inform the User.

Article 5 – Purchase Methods

To purchase products, the User must add the items to the cart, fill in the shipping information and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Payment can be made via:

  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (Cash on delivery)

For payments by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to RomaGems' bank account.

If you choose cash on delivery, your order will be confirmed only after a telephone call from one of our consultants. Once confirmed, the package will be shipped, and you will be required to collect and pay the amount due upon delivery.

The purchase will be considered concluded with confirmation by email or telephone from the Company.

Article 6 – Conditions of Sale and Use of the Site

RomaGems reserves the right to cancel orders deemed anomalous, fraudulent, or from users with previous disputes with the Company.

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided. Any additional costs resulting from errors in the delivery information will be borne by the User.

Article 7 – Shipping of Orders

Orders will be processed within 24-48 business days of purchase, while customized products will be shipped within 7 business days.

Domestic shipments are handled by GLS, while international shipments are handled by UPS.

Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. The cost of standard shipping is €5,50 for deliveries within 24/72 hours. Shipping is free for orders over €59.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

If the User is a consumer, he/she can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by communicating it via email to info@romagems.it

The User declares that he/she waives the right of withdrawal with regards to "the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized", as regulated by art. 59 letter c of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005.

The User declares that he or she waives the right of withdrawal with regard to "the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery", as regulated by art. 59 letter e of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  • the occurrence of circumstances beyond the control of the Company, such as damage resulting from force majeure or caused by the carrier during transport.

In all other cases, the User must return the product intact and in its original packaging at their own expense within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If the returned product shows damage or signs of wear, RomaGems reserves the right to withhold a percentage up to 10% of the item's value.

Article 9 – Return Procedures

To be accepted, returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging;
  • It must be shipped in suitable packaging to avoid damage;
  • Must include the order number and User data.

The User is responsible for returning the item. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
